Jesse A.W. Scott-Kandoll is a commercial diver, marine construction professional, and business owner with more than 25 years of experience working throughout the United States. Since beginning his diving career in 2000, he has built a diverse background in offshore oil and gas operations, marine construction, ship husbandry, underwater inspection, underwater cable installation, topside and underwater welding support, vessel maintenance, dam construction, and waterfront infrastructure projects.

His career has taken him from offshore oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico to marine construction projects along the West Coast — Washington, Oregon, and California — and onto hydroelectric and dam projects throughout Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, giving him extensive experience in challenging underwater and marine environments.

Jesse has worked on underwater cable laying, underwater inspection, topside and underwater welding, pile driving support, bridge and waterfront construction, marine terminals, offshore energy facilities, vessel inspections, salvage operations, environmental remediation, and hydroelectric infrastructure — around offshore platforms, pipelines, marine transportation systems, ports, harbors, and marinas. His field experience ranges from large industrial and public infrastructure projects to specialized services for vessel owners, marinas, and floating home communities.

Alongside field work, Jesse has held leadership and management roles overseeing operations, project execution, contractor relationships, business development, workforce training, and organizational growth — giving him a unique grasp of both the technical and business sides of the marine industry.

Today, Jesse is the founder and owner of Kandoll Diving Service LLC, a Seattle-based commercial diving and ship husbandry company serving vessel owners, marinas, floating homeowners, waterfront facilities, and maritime businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. The company specializes in underwater vessel maintenance, hull cleaning, zinc replacement, underwater inspections, emergency response diving, floating home services, marine construction support, and specialized underwater services for the maritime industry.

Known for his practical approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety, Jesse continues to provide commercial diving and marine services throughout the Pacific Northwest from his base in Seattle, Washington, while supporting marine construction, vessel maintenance, and maritime operations across the United States.
